My Approach

I teach classical Pilates with an emphasis on breath, alignment, and mindful movement. For me, Pilates isn’t just exercise—it’s a way to release what we carry, to find relief, and to reconnect with ourselves.

Stress and trauma often live in our bodies, creating tension, poor posture, and chronic pain that can feel normal over time. I know this personally. I lived with daily pain for years, believing it was just part of life. When I started practicing Pilates consistently, everything changed. My posture improved. My low back pain disappeared. I felt more alive, more in control, and more connected to myself.

Now, as an instructor, I use this knowledge to guide others toward that same freedom. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you can build strength, improve alignment, and discover relief through movement.
